Lebanese PM reups calls to support an immediate ceasefire

He adds that Lebanon continues to "demand that pressure be exerted on Israel to respect the ceasefire and immediately implement href="https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cz04depp2nro" style="border: 0px; color: #141414; font-family: inherit; font-feature-settings: inherit; font-kerning: inherit; font-optical-sizing: inherit; font-size-adjust: inherit; font-size: inherit; font-stretch: inherit; font-style: inherit; font-variant: inherit; font-variation-settings: inherit; font-weight: 700; line-height: inherit; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; text-decoration-color: rgb(138, 140, 142); text-decoration-skip-ink: none; text-decoration-thickness: 1px; text-underline-offset: 0.25em; vertical-align: baseline;">resolution 1701".
Separately, Mikati also welcomes the support expressed recently for Lebanon by French President Emmanuel Macron.
